Condor Group takes over Dura Brands
The takeover of the Dura brands is an important step for the Condor Group in strengthening its position in the soft flooring sector. The Condor Group, existing out of six specialised companies, offers the broadest collection within the soft flooring segment. As a result of optimal collaborations and joint investments, important synergies in production and sales exist. The takeover of the Dura brands is a confirmation of the continuous growth strategy that the Condor Group pursues.
The three brands that were acquired play an important role in the living- and project soft flooring sector.
- Dura - high-end tufted qualities for the project sector.
- Textimex - high-end needlefelt qualities, under the brand name Sanyl
- TWN - elegant wool carpets
The existing collections will be continued in the beginning. Later on the collections will be modernised, depending on market demands.
The Condor Group will be able to continue and further build on the Dura brands thanks to its technical know how and high quality standards.
From the 1. of April 2020 the products will be delivered by the Condor Group.
