Personal data of prospective customers, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties are processed by Dura Contract for the following purpose(s):
- Providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.
The basis for this personal data is:
- Verbal consent, issuing of business card and/or via link on LinkedIn;
For the above purpose(s), Dura Contract can ask the following personal details from you:
- First name;
- Middle name;
- Last name;
- Phone number;
- Email address.
Your personal data will be stored by Dura Contract for the aforementioned processing period:
- During the period that one is seen as a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contact and/or interested party.
Provision to third parties
We may pass on the data you provide to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party for:
- Taking care of the internet environment of the GDPR programme;
- Taking care of the (financial) administration;
- Providing newsletters and invitations.
We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. Naturally, we make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. - We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
- Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the data you have provided to yourself or, on your behalf, directly to another party.
